Flour Sack Towels (4 pk) $ These are my favorite cotton towels to have when baking bread, I like to wrap or line my banneton with these, use them to cover rising dough and so much more. They often sell out, but get on the waiting list because not only are these sustainable, but after some flour dusting, the dough doesn’t stick and they are amazing.ġ1. Flourside Wood Pulp Banneton $$ These bannetons first caught my eye because they are beautiful. This is a set of 2 so you can bake one loaf for you and one for a friend.ġ0. Banneton Set $ Having proper bannetons helps to make the bread baking process work that much better. If I had to pick one thing from the list, this might just be it.ĩ. Tyler (the creator) is passionate about the quality of his product and innovative with the ergonomic designs and any sourdough baking friend would be lucky to get this as a gift. Wire Monkey Bread Lame $$ I know you can buy cheap bread lames on Amazon, but they just do not compare to the Wire Monkey bread lame. ![]() They are Canadian based, but ship to the USA.Ĩ. Flourist Flour (in Canada) $ During quarantine I finally got my hands on some Flourist flour and it was amazing. ![]() Check out their 00 flour or their high mountain (bread) flour.ħ. I actually believe that now and Central Milling Flour is so fresh and ground so well, it never disappoints. Central Milling Flour $$ Good flour is worth the hype. Can you imagine baking two loaves, or a bunch of mini loaves all at once? I also keep thinking about the killer focaccia you could make on this.Ħ. Challenger Bread Pan $$$ This pan has been on my wishlist for at least a year. It is made in France and something about just that fact makes me want this and thinks it has to produce better bread haha, that is super logical right?ĥ. Emile Henry Bread Cloche $$ My sister in law sent me the link to this bread cloche and I can’t stop thinking about it. He is thrifty ( aka cheap ) and I was a little worried when he came home with this, but it has worked great.Ĥ. Hearth & Hand 5 qt Dutch Oven $ After spending all day baking when I had more than one loaf of bread to cook, I sent my husband to Target to find me another dutch oven. I hear they last forever and are the cream of the crop when it comes to cast iron dutch ovens.ģ. Le Creuset 5.5 qt Dutch Oven $$$ I have always had my eye on this Dutch Oven, and maybe one day if I am ever in need of a new dutch oven I will save my penny for this. It works great for baking bread, but also for a big pot of soup or chili.Ģ. Lodge 6 qt Cast Iron Dutch Oven $$ I have this dutch oven because I could fit it in our budget and I love it.
